If you are looking to simplify your marketing, one of the easiest tricks in the book to make your feed feel polished (and make your life easier!) is to batch your photos. ⁣

Pick a day on your calendar that you have a couple of hours or even a whole day to dedicate to just taking pictures of your current series.⁣

Here are a few shot ideas to get you started:⁣
🖼 On the wall ⁣
🖼 With props⁣
🖼 You in front of or holding them⁣
🖼 In-process photos of your current or next series⁣
🖼 Small and large groupings⁣

I store these photos on my phone, so any time I have an idea for a social post, the image is ready to go. ⁣

It’s a huge time saver!⁣

I have shared this idea with several artists who have had social media overwhelm, and they’ve been thrilled with how much time this freed up, and how much better their feed looks.⁣

If you make this a regular practice every three months or so, you’ll always have great-looking images ready to post!⁣

How do you plan out your photos?

About the Author

Jessica Craddock

I mentor intuitive visual artists who are sick of one-size-fits all formulas sell more work, more consistently, at higher prices — with better work/life balance. My clients regularly make 3x more in art sales within a year.

Using my signature Consistent Income method, we’ll push you over the precipice of some really amazing growth so you can become the creator of your next chapter.

My secret sauce is that we focus on not just the "doing", but also the "being". Affirmations, trusting yourself, knowing when to go slow and when to go fast, practicing getting out of your comfort zone and making room for the feelings that go with that... all this is equally as important as the action steps.

For once, you'll be ahead of the game and understand what's right for you.
