I used to think that this was true too, but instead of listening to what everyone else said I have to do, I decided to test it for myself.
I know from my own past experience that if I try to post daily, I get burnt out and end up posting nothing for long periods of time.
So much for “consistent”.

At the time I decided to test, I went from 6-7 social posts a week to 4.
But I didn’t just cross my fingers and move on… I kept track of the engagement rate on each post.
Guess what happened?
IT WENT UP.
I proved to myself that I could do less and get better results.
Never take “what other people say” without trying out how it works for you. Every person, every audience, every art business is different.
Don’t burn through energy. Test it!
